Nando’s – to splurge or not to splurge?

Off to Nando’s this evening to see an old friend and I’m faced with a very common dilemma…

Should I be good and have the lowest sp foods possible so I can have more treats at the weekend? Or, shall I blow a big chunk of sps for a delicious portion of peri peri chips with my chicken?

Then, there’s the ‘To drink or not to drink’ decision, as we all know that drinking can lead to further drinking and even more food down the line…

Despite being a long time ww member I haven’t yet managed to develop a resistance to chips or booze!

Several hours later…

So, to cut a long story short, I ended up getting the chips (which were delicious) and 1 glass of wine, but I saved points because I had the butterfly chicken which was only 4sps! My friend was also a good influence because she suggested that we went for coffee after dinner rather than another drink.

I don’t think I’ll ever be able to resist the lure of chips but I think that is one of the great things about ww, that you can still have bad things, just not every day and in moderation!
